Prof. Dr.V.Rangarajan

MDS Prothodontics

Dr. V. Rangarajan is the first South Indian Dentist to receive the “Diplomate in Oral Implantology” from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, New York for his work in this field, in 2003.

He is one of the first Indian dentists to complete the Fellowship course in Temperomandibular Disorders, Oro-Facial pain and Dental Sleep Medicine conducted by Smile USA and Roseman University in 2018. He graduated in dentistry from the Faculty of Dentistry, Annamalai University, Chidambaram in 1988 receiving the ‘Best Outgoing Student- Gold Medal’ and completed his Master’s Degree in the specialty of Prosthodontics from R.Ahmed Dental College, Kolkatta in 1993. He has delivered more than a 100 keynote lectures and conducted over 100 hands-on workshops in national & international conferences. He has appeared on popular, local television programs like- ‘Mangayar Choice’ creating awareness on various aspects of oral health and dental treatments. He did his schooling from D.A.V.H.S.School, Gopalapuram, Chennai.
