Dr.Prithvi Balepur

MDS ( Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery)

Dr Prithvi S Balepur is an accomplished Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon , Oral Oncologist and Implantologist practicing in Bangalore ( India) since 2008. Having completed Under graduation in Dentistry from AB Shetty Dental college, Mangalore in 2004, Dr Prithvi enrolled for Masters programme at Saveetha University, Chennai and completed with flying colours in 2008. Dr Prithvi later joined the prestigious Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology to get extensive training in Oral Oncology and was awarded Fellowship in Oral Oncology after 4 years of rigorous training and service to the institute from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.  Meanwhile Dr Prithvi came under the tutelage of Dr Shankar Iyer, got himself trained in Implantology through Maxi course and completed Associate Fellowship from American Academy of Implant Dentistry.  Dr Prithvi is currently the Maxi course co ordinator at Bangalore.  He also holds Membership in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery ( MOMS ) degree from Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow.  His area of interest is : Rehabilitation of Reconstructed Jaw following Ablative surgeries by Implant supported Prosthesis.  Dr Prithvi is also a trained Hindustani classical musician well versed in an Indian instrument called SITAR.
