The evolving role of zygomatic implants in the rehabilitation of patients with severe maxillary deficiencies. Traditionally considered a last-resort option, zygomatic implants have emerged as a primary, graft less solution for patients with atrophic maxilla or those who have undergone maxillectomy due to trauma, tumors, or congenital conditions.
